February 27th 2009 - We just thought we’d send you a quick update on life in SLTD. As you know, we didn’t make the top 6 in the CBS Singing Family Face Off, but we
did discover that we made the top 20 out of the hundreds of families that entered. That was pretty exciting for us, and a big encouragement!
As we mentioned before, we’ve had the chance to get to know several of the families involved in the Face Off, and have made some great onnections. In fact, we have been emailing, Myspacing, and Facebooking 3 of the families
that made it into the top 6, as well as several others. That’s the reason we wanted to send you this message. One of the families in particular has become friends of ours. Their three sons, The Oswald Brothers, played for the first round of the competition this past Wednesday. We want to support them in this process because we believe the youth of this country need some good role models, and these boys are the real deal.
